Playing

The games on BeTopGames are free for you to play in your browser for personal, non-commercial use.

The games, their code, 3D models, artwork, sounds, music, text and the BeTopGames name and logo belong to BeTopGames. Please do not:

copy, download and re-host the games, or any part of them, on another website or app;
embed the games in another website;
modify, resell or redistribute the games or their code;
remove copyright notices, or present the games as your own work.

Linking to a game page on BeTopGames is welcome. Anything beyond that needs written permission.

Saved games are stored only in your own browser on your own device. We do not collect them. Clearing your browser data removes them.

The games load fonts from Google Fonts and the three.js library from the jsDelivr CDN, so those services may see that your browser requested them.

The games are provided as they are, with no promise that they will always work or be available.

To ask for permission, or to report a copy of a game on another site, contact the BeTopGames owner through the contact details on betop.dev.
